EarthForm Civil is looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team.
We are seeking a reliable operator who takes pride in high-quality work, operates safely and efficiently, and understands the importance of getting the job done right the first time. Our work includes civil construction projects with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and zero rework.
The role will include:
- Operating a brand new 14t excavator fitted with tilt hitch and GPS
- Working on Tier 1 projects
- Trenching, bulk earthworks, detailed excavation and general machine work
- Working safely around services, machinery and other site personnel
- Delivering accurate, high-quality work with a heavy focus on zero rework
- Assisting the team on the ground when required
- Following site plans, instructions and safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Experience operating excavators
- Experience using GPS machine control preferred
- Current tickets/licences where required
- White Card
- Strong understanding of site safety
- Pride in producing neat, accurate and productive work
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
