RATES/HOURS/BENEFITS
- Hourly rates between $40-60ph+Super+Mileage
- Weekly pay and dedicated account support
- Short-term and ongoing assignments across Melbourne

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have recent experience managing a portfolio along with experience using PROPERTY ME, PROPERTY TREE, IRE & INSPECTION EXPRESS
- Reliable, Punctual & Well presented (MUST)
- Current Police Check & Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Exceptional communication both written and oral
- Reliable, flexible and confident walking into recent environments
- Ability to hit the ground running
