who are looking to bring on driven Sales Associates ready to grow
Open to candidates with real estate or broader sales experience who are hungry, proactive, and ready to build a career in property.
These teams are looking to expand, and this is a genuine prospect to step into a higher performing environment.
THE ROLE
- Supporting campaigns from appraisal through to exchange
- Managing buyer pipelines and incoming enquiry
- Prospecting calls to uncover potential listings
- Attending opens, auctions and client meetings
- Working directly alongside a top-performing agent across multiple live deals

- $70K–$85K base + commissions
- Full training from an experienced Real Estate Director

THE PERSON

- A track record in a sales, customer service or real estate
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, and initiative
- Driven, competitive and coachable
- CERT III or IV in Real Estate or Certificate of Registration
