We’re looking for a reliable *Kebab & Pide Cook to join our team. You’ll be preparing authentic kebabs, doner, pide, gozleme and grill items for dine-in and takeaway customers.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in food quality and customer service.
*What you’ll be doing:*
- Prepare and cook Turkish kebabs, pides, and grill items
- Operate grill, doner machine, and pide oven
- Prep ingredients, sauces, and daily stock
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Work with front-of-house team during busy periods
*What we’re looking for:*
- *Experience* cooking Turkish/Middle Eastern food preferred, but not essential
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fast, reliable, and can work well under pressure
- Good communication and team player
