QuickCare is partnering with a beautiful early childhood service in Lugarno seeking an experienced and passionate Baby Room Leader to lead their warm and nurturing nursery room catering for children aged 6 weeks to 2 years.

This is a unique opportunity for an educator who genuinely loves working with babies, values responsive relationships, and enjoys creating calm, meaningful learning experiences through a play-based curriculum.

About the Role

As the Baby Room Leader, you will play a key role in creating a calm, safe, and engaging environment where babies and toddlers feel secure, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them.





You will lead and mentor educators within the room while building strong relationships with families and supporting each child’s individual routines, milestones, and developmental needs.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead the daily operations of the nursery room
- Create meaningful play-based learning experiences
- Support children’s routines, wellbeing, and development
- Mentor and guide educators within the room
- Build trusting relationships with families
- Maintain high-quality documentation and practices

About You

- Diploma or ECT qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a Baby Room Leader
- Strong understanding of infant and toddler development
- Warm, nurturing, and calm approach
- Passionate about play-based early childhood education
- Strong communication and leadership skills
