Speech Pathologist – Graduate / Early Career

Part-Time | Kellyville, NSW

Brighter Days Speech Pathology is looking for a warm and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our growing paediatric practice in Kellyville.

This role would suit a new graduate or early-career Speech Pathologist looking for a supportive start to their career, as well as an experienced clinician seeking a flexible part-time role within a smaller, established practice.

About the role

The position is available for 2 days per week, with flexibility around days and the chance to increase hours over time.

You will work primarily with a paediatric caseload across speech, language, literacy and social communication. An established caseload and referral network are already in place, allowing you to gradually build your workload without the expectation of sourcing your own clients.

Sessions are primarily delivered from our Kellyville clinic, with opportunities for home, school and childcare visits where appropriate.

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you are a qualified Speech Pathologist, or graduating soon, and are eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.

You may be a new graduate looking for your first role, an early-career clinician ready for a change, or an experienced Speech Pathologist looking for greater flexibility.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families, is eager to learn and values providing thoughtful, individualised therapy.
