LNCT Building Group is looking for a driven digital marketer who wants to be rewarded based on results—not hours.

We’re a growing construction company specialising in custom decks, pergolas, and outdoor living spaces across Melbourne. We’re looking for someone who can generate high-quality leads and help grow our brand, with earnings directly tied to the success they create.

About the Role

This is a self-employed contractor position operating on a profit-share / commission-only basis. Instead of receiving a fixed wage, you’ll earn a percentage of the profit from projects generated through your marketing efforts.

Your Responsibilities

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Generate qualified leads for deck, pergola, and outdoor living projects
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, and project showcases
- Run and optimise Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns




- Improve our online presence and brand awareness
- Track marketing performance and continuously improve lead generation

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in digital marketing and lead generation
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
- Ability to create high-quality content
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience marketing for the building or construction industry is highly regarded
