As our Retail Manager, you’ll lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

You will:

- Manage stock, merchandising, rosters, and compliance standards.

About You

- Proven retail or team management experience (pharmacy or health retail ideal).
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll.

- Thrives working in a fast paced environment.

- Current or willing-to-obtain police clearance.

Bonus if you have an S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
