We are a self-licenced boutique financial planning firm based near the Queen Victoria Building / Town Hall Station, Sydney (CBD).

Culture is very significant in our firm, and the successful candidate will possess good interpersonal skills and fit into our close knit, service orientated (not revenue orientated) team. We usually have a weekly team lunch with the 10 people in our Sydney office and also do activities each quarter such as an escape room and dinner.

Our clients are mainly time-poor, white-collar professionals; and we provide holistic financial advice (on areas such as investments, private equity, cash flow, wealth creation, risk strategies, superannuation, insurance, etc).

We are offering a Full-time Client Services Manager role (or contract / part-time subject to agreement) to the right candidate to join our team.

It is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic financial planning firm with an established client base and also a constant stream of new clients due to the media appearances made by our practice principal across television, radio, print and podcasts - making the work varied and enjoyable dealing with a wide variety of people.

Reporting to our practice manager, you'll be the operational backbone of a fast-moving advice firm, managing client relationships and ensuring every engagement runs smoothly from onboarding through to ongoing service. You'll collaborate closely with our advisers and paraplanning team on new engagements and ongoing client needs, with real input into how the client experience is shaped. Our client base spans advanced advice areas such as SMSFs, MDA portfolios, private equity and private credit investments, and life insurance, so you'll need to be comfortable operating in a technically sophisticated environment.

there's a clear pathway to broader practice management responsibility down the track if that's a direction you'd like to grow in, otherwise enjoy stable employment in an innovative advice firm.

We are looking for a candidate who will be available during normal business hours (5 days a week, 9am - 5:30pm) at our Sydney CBD practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday while working from home on Wednesday or by mutual agreement for other working arrangements

This is a excellent opportunity for either a paraplanner looking for a change to a firm where staff satisfaction and workplace culture is extremely important.

This role may suit an entry level financial planning candidate (at the lower end of the salary range) who is looking for a flexible, innovative working environment and looking to enter a firm with career progression opportunities available.

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the success candidate based on previous experience and other suitability criteria such as cultural fit which will be between $65,000 to $90,000 base.
