NEXAUTO is a growing independent used vehicle dealership in Glenorchy, Tasmania. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget.
- Manage showroom, phone and online enquiries.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Negotiate vehicle sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Promote finance, extended warranties and aftermarket products.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Deliver vehicles and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive vehicle sales is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Robust negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional presentation and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current Full Australian Driver Licence (Manual Required)
- Availability to work Saturdays.
