What You'll Be Doing

Your daily duties may include:

- Manufacturing HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems
- Cutting, folding, bending and shaping sheet metal
- Operating guillotines, folders, presses and roll-forming machines
- Using hand and power tools
- Assembling ductwork and fabricated steel components
- Reading tape measurements, work orders and basic drawings
- Performing quality inspections
- Packing finished products for dispatch
- Manual handling of steel materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

We are seeking motivated individuals who have experience in one or more of the following:

- Sheet metal fabrication
- HVAC duct manufacturing
- Steel fabrication
- Factory or manufacturing environments
- Production or assembly work
- Machine operation




- Mechanical or trade assistant roles

You should also have:

- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical fitness for manual work
- A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Full Australian working rights
