Supplier Analyst

At IQVIA, we help healthcare organisations make smarter decisions through the power of data, technology, and analytics. We're looking for a Supplier Analyst to join our Melbourne team and help drive data-led engagement with some of Australia's leading healthcare and retail suppliers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and commercial problem-solving. You'll work closely with supplier partners, helping them unlock value from IQVIA's market-leading data assets and transform insights into action.
About the Role
As a Supplier Analyst, you will support IQVIA's Supplier Engagement strategy by delivering meaningful insights, supporting consulting-style projects, and driving adoption of IQVIA dashboards and reporting solutions.
You'll collaborate with account managers, consultants, and data specialists to help customers better understand market performance, identify opportunities, and make informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support supplier workshops, insight sessions, and training programs
- Translate complex datasets into clear, commercially relevant recommendations
- Assist with category reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning activities
- Support consulting projects such as benchmarking, ROI analysis, and market performance reviews
- Analyse retail, pharmacy, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations for supplier partners
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs using reporting and visualisation tools
- Support the development of reporting solutions aligned to customer needs
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions
- Support customer adoption of IQVIA data platforms and dashboards
- Contribute to commercial opportunities through insight-led engagement
- Help drive improvements in customer experience and data utilisation
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 3+ years' experience in data analytics, insights, consulting, category management, or a commercially focused analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG, or retail industries is highly regarded
- Exposure to client-facing consulting or advisory work is advantageous
