Sweet Spot Café is a growing neighbourhood café in Gymea Bay, built on great coffee, delicious food and, most importantly, genuine hospitality. We're passionate about creating a welcoming space where our customers feel at home and our team enjoys coming to work every day.

We're looking for a Casual Barista to join our friendly team.

About the Role

We're seeking someone who is available to work:

- Fridays
- Sundays
- Additional shifts as required as our café continues to grow.

You'll be preparing consistently excellent coffee, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping create the warm, friendly atmosphere that keeps our regulars coming back.

About You

- Has previous experience as a café barista.
- Can consistently produce high-quality espresso and beautiful latte art.
- Is confident texturing milk to the correct temperature and consistency for all milk types.
- Understands how to dial in a grinder and maintain consistency throughout the day.
- Takes pride in coffee quality and attention to detail.
- Has a positive, reliable and team-first attitude.




- Thrives in a busy café environment and enjoys engaging with customers.
- Is available to work weekends.
