What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of barista and front of house experience
- Skilled in preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve exceptional coffee and beverages
- Deliver warm and professional customer service
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Keep the café clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Work closely with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere
