Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food safety, regulatory compliance, and technical product requirements, including allergen-controlled, SQF, Organic, Halal, and Kosher certifications
- Drive the implementation and ongoing management of the Quality System, including audits, verification, and pest control
- Oversee quality control processes for incoming raw materials and finished products to meet specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams to address quality issues, implement training, and optimise product standards
- Support customer complaint investigations and risk management related to food safety incidents
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a related Quality Management role within food manufacturing or similar high-regulation environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, SQF, GMP, and relevant certifications (Halal, Kosher, Organic)
- Ability to lead audits, manage technical teams, and influence cross-functional departments
- Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach to continuous improvement
