Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with excellent sales, networking, and relationship management skills, capable of understanding client needs and presenting tailored digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable web development, digital marketing, branding, and technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop customised client solutions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent Metaweb.au at networking events, exhibitions,



and industry conferences where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
- Experience in digital marketing, web development, SaaS, or technology services is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Vehicle and Drivers liscense
