Receptionist

An exciting opportunity arises for an experienced Reception who is diligent, enthusiastic and motivated to work for a growing,



agile family medical practice.

Renumeration is commensurate with your skills and experience.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Front desk duties dealing with patients/partners
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patient with general enquiries
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Invoicing and receipting of patient accounts

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Recent medical reception/ practice management experience
- Preferred experience with Best Practice
- Experience with medical billing, Medicare and Private payments
- Excellent time management and organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent attitude and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
