We are seeking a like-minded, grounded, spiritually inclined individual to step into

a 3-5 days a week, 8-4pm shifts that are extremely hands-on

close proximity to our office situated in Castle Hill, Sydney, would be ideal

This position is perfect for an experienced hands-on process worker or someone who has previous experience doing repetitive tasks working as a cosmetics manufacturer/ kitchen hand, barista or arts and crafts person with high attention to detail etc.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Hand-filling bottles of Ritual Oils
- Prepping stock ahead of time to ensure they are ready to be dispatched




- Working closely with the customer service team to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time
- Manage a large volume of pick and pack orders
- Preparing empty bottles (checking for defects, etc), then sealing and tagging the bottles once they are filled
- Documenting and communicating any damaged, missing or faulty stock
- Labelling and packaging of various products
- Toggling between tasks in a just-in-time agile manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse at all times
- Work independently and unsupervised once fully trained
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work well in a team
- Other various ad-hoc tasks as they arise

Skills & Experience

- Previous 1-2 years experience in warehousing, production, or kitchen environment is ideal as this is a very hands on role
- Ability to work unsupervised in a hands-on environment
- Multi-task and meet deadlines on a daily basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and well-presented
- Can work in a collaborative environment as well as autonomously
- Highly organised with the ability to forecast and forward plan
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Can-do attitude is a must !
