Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer to join our Kewdale manufacturing facility. The successful applicant will drive process optimisation, improve manufacturing efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement engineering solutions.
- Plan and support engineering projects from concept through implementation.
- Analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.




- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Develop engineering documentation and operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Research and implement new manufacturing technologies and practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- At least one year of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
