Kaizen Education Sydney is a rapidly growing education services company that is committed to providing high-quality and affordable tutoring and mentoring to primary and secondary students. We are looking for passionate and dedicated tutors to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

As a tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality individual and group lessons, tracking your students' progress, providing monthly updates to parents, and setting and marking homework. Our central teaching philosophy is "kaizen," which means continuous improvement, and we help our students achieve this through a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

- Located within a short drive from Edmondson Park
- An ATAR or equivalent above 80
- A positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a professional demeanor
- A growth mindset and the ability to work well in a cooperative environment
- A paid Working with Children's Check or be willing to get one before the commencement of employment

Desired Characteristics:

- Scored at least 85 in the subject they wish to teach
- An ATAR above 90
- At least 6 months of experience tutoring primary and/or secondary students
- Studying for a teaching degree or are qualified teachers
- Applicants with a PhD

We offer competitive hourly rates of between $20-$70/hr, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide substantial bonus pay if your students do well in their assessment tasks and commission as part of our referral program.

The first set of interviews will be conducted over Zoom. If you succeed and progress beyond this stage, you will come to our Edmondson or Oran park center for an induction.
