We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista and Cafe All Rounder to join our vibrant team at Orange Bean, a popular cafe located in Oakleigh Central. In this casual position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages, as well as assisting with various cafe operations.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks and other beverages

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers

Assisting with food preparation, counter service, and general cafe duties as required

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including equipment and facilities

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a specialized barista in a fast paced, customer focused environment for at least 2 years

Demonstrating a strong understanding of coffee and espresso machine operation

Able to work under pressure handling over 30kgs of coffee a week and handle 5kgs by yourself a day

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, love chatting to people

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and as part of a team

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
