We are always open to adding another compassionate and skilled Practice Nurse to the BHC team. In this role, you will be working alongside our doctors to ensure that our patients continue to receive the highest standard of care.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in the delivery of patient care, including baby checks, childhood and travel vaccinations.
- Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, blood pressure checks, care plans and health assessments.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

- Registered or Enrolled Nurse with current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience in a general practice or primary care setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing career development.
