About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Photography Assistant to support our studio operations. This role combines customer service, photoshoot assistance, and social media content preparation. You will play a key role in creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client while supporting behind-the-scenes production and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the photographer during photoshoots to ensure a smooth workflow
- Support client preparation and studio setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the studio
- Prepare photos and content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Xiaohongshu/Red Book)
- Ensure content is aligned with the studio’s branding and style

Social Media & Influencer Collaboration:

- Research and identify suitable influencers, bloggers, and TikTok creators aligned with the studio’s brand
- Reach out to potential collaborators via email or direct message for partnerships and promotions
- Build and maintain a contact list of influencers across Instagram, TikTok,



and Xiaohongshu
- Assist in coordinating collaboration shoots and content creation

Requirements:

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (Red Book)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
