We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit General Labourers to join our team in Swanbank. This is an easy-to-learn role where you'll work outdoors helping to keep the site clean and safe. You'll be part of a supportive team, working Monday to Friday with early 6:00am starts. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a great crew, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Long-term ongoing role for reliable workers

Key Responsibilities:

- Collecting and removing litter from green waste areas
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free worksite




- Assisting with general housekeeping and site clean-up duties
- Communicating with Excavator Operators to safely remove rubbish from waste piles
- Using two-way radios to maintain clear communication with operators and team members
Following all site safety procedures and operational protocols

What We're Looking For:

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and confidence using a two-way radio
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a robust work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
Own PPE including steel-capped boots, long pants, and hi-vis shirt

Additional Information:

- Site induction and training provided on your first day
- Applicants must have reliable transport to and from Swanbank
