About the Role

You will support participants in line with their NDIS goals and individual support plans. Your work may involve assisting with daily living, building life skills, supporting social engagement, and promoting overall mental wellbeing. You’ll use a respectful, empowering approach that recognises each person’s strengths, needs, and preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Deliver individualised supports under the NDIS framework
- Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, meal prep, and medication prompts as required
- Support participants with communication, emotional regulation, and skill-building
- Encourage community participation, employment, and recreation
- Implement behaviour support strategies where applicable
- Complete documentation, incident reports, and case notes in line with NDIS and provider policies




- Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct

Essential Criteria

- Experience supporting people with autism, intellectual disability, and/or mental health conditions
- Robust understanding of the NDIS principles, including choice, control, and participant safeguarding
- Relevant qualifications: Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, or equivalent
- Excellent communication, boundaries, and teamwork skills

Current:

- First Aid & CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Administration of Medication
- Manual Handling

Pay: $37.05 – $43.08 per hour
