Whiteman Edge Medical & Dental Centre is looking for a part-time medical receptionist with a minimum of 2 years' GP clinic experience to join our fun, fast-paced, genuinely supportive team. You'll be the first hello, the calm voice on the phone, and the behind-the-scenes wizard keeping everything running smoothly.

Your Day Will Include

- Greeting patients like a pro—even before coffee
- Managing appointments, cancellations, reschedules, and "Can I squeeze in?" requests
- Registering new patients and keeping records accurate




- Processing payments without breaking a sweat
- Answering patient questions with empathy and confidence
- Coordinating patient flow so the clinical team can do their thing
- Keeping the front desk calm, organised, and running like clockwork

You'll Be Perfect If You Have

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Medical Receptionist in a GP clinic
- Strong Best Practice experience (non-negotiable—you know your stuff)
- Great communication skills and a natural way with people
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence with computers and practice management systems
- A caring, patient-focused approach
- A team-first mindset and a good sense of humour
- Australian work rights
