Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver key projects in the mining and industrial sectors. This role requires a highly organised individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

As a Project Manager at IMS Australia, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and lead the successful execution of maintenance, engineering, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients,



addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor relationships.
- Monitor project performance, generate reports, and provide updates to stakeholders.

About You:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the mining or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with complex requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Understanding of Australian safety and regulatory standards.
- Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver’s licence.
