Pursuits & Delivery Coordinator – Queensland

We're looking for a Pursuits & Delivery Coordinator to play a key role in supporting how we grow, win and deliver work across our Queensland Property & Buildings business.

Working closely with our Building Services leaders, client-facing teams and technical experts, you'll help drive strategic work-winning activities, strengthen client engagement initiatives, and support the development of compelling opportunities from early identification through to successful conversion and delivery.

This role goes beyond traditional bid coordination. You'll be a trusted partner in helping our teams identify opportunities, build client relationships, coordinate pursuit strategies, and bring together high-quality submissions and presentations that position WSP for success in the market.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where strong stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, organisation and communication skills are critical.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting the planning and delivery of strategic work-winning and client development activities across the Queensland Building Services business
- Coordinating pursuits from opportunity identification through to submission and successful handover to delivery teams
- Working with technical leaders to develop client-focused pursuit strategies, presentations, proposals and capability material
- Supporting key account and client engagement initiatives, including market-facing events, client meetings and relationship-building activities
- Monitoring and maintaining opportunity pipelines, helping teams prioritise and track strategic pursuits
- Interpreting RFP, EOI and tender requirements and coordinating compelling, compliant responses where required
- Writing, editing and refining high-quality content that clearly communicates WSP's value proposition and technical expertise
- Coordinating inputs from internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate delivery of work-winning activities
- Assisting with commercial inputs,



market intelligence gathering and competitor research
- Supporting broader project coordination and operational initiatives across the business
- Contributing to continuous improvement of work-winning processes, tools, templates and best practice approaches

What we're looking for

- Experience within the Building Services and/or Structures and Civil sector is essential , with an understanding of how engineering consulting businesses win and deliver work
- Experience supporting work-winning activities, client development, pursuits, bids and/or proposals within a professional services environment
- Solid writing, editing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, client-focused messaging
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with technical experts, business leaders and client-facing teams
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Commercially aware, with an interest in market trends, client engagement and business growth
- Proactive and self-driven, with a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail
- Experience within engineering, consulting, construction or related industries will be highly regarded
