Barista / All Rounder Team Leader

O BAGEL is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / All Rounder Team Leader to join our team at Oasis Shopping Centre, Broadbeach.

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will:

- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Lead and support the team during busy service periods.
- Open and close the store.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Help create a positive and motivating workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous hospitality and barista experience (essential).
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure.




- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Reliability, punctuality and accountability.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
