Job description:

We are currently seeking motivated and responsible individuals for Casual support worker positions.

Reporting to the Management (Operation Team), you will be required to appropriately support participants with their needs and to reach their goals.

Essential Criteria :

* Certificate 4 in Disability Support, Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent).

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting clients with various disabilities, especially in Bowel Care Management, Manual Handling, Catheterization, Stoma Care.

* Punctuality and Commitment to supporting the needs of our participants.

* Have a valid :

- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate & CPR
- Visa/VEVO (the right to work in Australia)
- National Police Check

Other Specific Criteria:

- Explicit and direct communication is essential to ensure understanding and comfort.

- Ability to engage with participant.

- Experience in Person-Centered Care:



Must demonstrate a solid understanding of person-centered care principles, including how it is applied in everyday situations.

- Must be proactive in identifying issues or changes in the participant’s condition and reporting them appropriately to the Operational Manager.

- Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and effectively, ensuring the participant feels supported.
