- Support the Veterinary Director in clinical leadership, governance and complex decision-making.
- Provide senior clinical input on complex or escalated medical and surgical cases.
- Drive consistent, evidence-based clinical standards and quality improvement across the hospital.
- Mentor and support veterinarians, including new graduates and students, to build confidence and capability.
- Contribute clinical insight to hospital planning,
including sustainability, capacity and growth.
- Help identify and address workflow pressure points, inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership, customer care and management teams to support smooth daily operations.
- Participate in discussions around pricing, diagnostics utilisation, case acceptance and resource allocation.
