What You’ll Do
As a Draftsperson in our Developments Team, you will -
- Create compliant design sketches in line with site constraints, zoning, and planning requirements
- Prepare town planning documentation and detailed working drawings for construction
- Document internal elevations, including all wet areas and client upgrades
- Conduct quality checks and correct drawing errors to maintain high standards
- Coordinate documentation for building permits
- Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to resolve design and construction queries
- Manage multiple deadlines and deliver work accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
- Solid knowledge of residential construction, NCC,
and the Victorian Planning Scheme
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (RevIT experience a bonus)
- Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and site documentation
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
