Overview of the Role

We are now looking for a career minded and goal orientated individual that wants to start their career or carry on their existing career as a Service Advisor at our Paul Wakeling service centre.

You will be responsible for:

- Greeting and servicing customer
- Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork
- Face to Face and phone enquiries
- Supply general advice/quotations
- Following up customer requirements
- Updating customers on their service or repair




- Booking customers for service and repair work
- Utilizing our internal computer system
- Liaising with clients about their cars needs
- Organizing loan cars and ensuring correct paperwork is filled out
- Follow all internal processes and procedures

The successful applicant must have:

- Customer Service experience – essential
- Excellent computer skills
- The ability to multi-tak
- Strong administration skills
- Work together as a team
- Dispute resolution skills
- The ability to think of your feet
- Strong organizational skills

The following skills would be an advantage:

- Prior experience in Automotive
