About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will:

- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key decision-makers
- Identify and capture new customers and opportunities to drive growth
- Deliver tailored solutions in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
- Support excellence in customer service and continuous improvement through Swagelok’s values

Job requirements & selection criteria

- 5 years previous experience in an Account Management, Business Development or External Sales role
- Experience selling in the industrial sector particularly with analytical systems, instrumentation and/or chemical processing is advantageous.




- Expertise selling solution to Mining and Oil & Gas customers and prior successes with key industry stakeholders would be advantageous.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability and genuine willingness to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate and negotiate with key decision makers and high-level client personnel.
- Proven ability to understand technical concepts, plant processes and to take learning current ideas/concepts in their stride with a proactive approach to problem solving and initiative.
- Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
