As we grow, we’re looking for passionate Registered Nurses to join our small, supportive, and friendly team.

You’ll work with older adults living at home, supporting them with clinical care, wound management, completing assesments, medication administration, and monitoring of their overall health and wellbeing. You’ll also play a key role in helping clients and families feel safe, informed, and supported on their care journey.

This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one connections — without the stress of shiftwork or aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality clinical care in line with current best practice and client care plans
- Administer medications and manage wound care
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, care workers, and allied health professionals
- Monitor client wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately
- Support a protected, respectful,



and dignified home care experience

What We’re Looking For:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and community-minded
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Own vehicle and valid WA driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently in client's homes

Desirable (but not essential):

- Previous experience in aged care or community nursing
- Knowledge of wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
- Familiarity with home care packages
