We are seeking a driven and qualified Motor Mechanic to join our team.

About the role:

As the mechanic, you will be required to perform general repairs and servicing of most makes and models of Australian, European, Japanese & Korean vehicles.

Applicants must have at least 1 year fulltime experience post qualification to be eligible for this position.

Duties and responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair general mechanical faults
- Quality control and inspection of vehicles
- Test driving of vehicles
- Ensure all vehicles meet the quality repair standards

Skills and experience

- General mechanic repairs and servicing experience
- Understanding of automotive workshop processes
- Must have basic understanding of using a computer
- Customer relations experience advantageous
- European vehicle experience this is very advantageous
- Engine rebuilding experience advantageous
- Must have Australian working rights
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately




- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
- Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
- Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
- Keep logs on work and issues
- Maintain equipment and tools in positive condition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
