The Role: Elevate the Experience

We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for anyone who lives and breathes hospitality and has a genuine passion for curating unforgettable dining experiences.

Byford Tavern is a family friendly Venue, which includes the restaurant, alfresco dining, a bar and a bottle shop. Our menu focuses on local, quality produce, with a speciality on farm to table beef and Australian pub classics.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will serve customers with a friendly, knowledgeable manner throughout their visit.

- Venue Standards: Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation behind the counter and across the floor.

- Operational Efficiency: Master the smooth and accurate use of our POS systems for orders and transactions.

- Team Collaboration:



Assist with all aspects of service to keep the venue running smoothly, including managing stock levels and assisting with dishwashing or kitchen operations when required.

What You'll Bring to the Team

- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Quick Service Restaurant, busy cafe, or bar) is desirable, but not essential.

- Attributes: We are seeking energetic candidates with a respectful demeanour and a genuine willingness to learn current skills. You must be committed to being a helpful and collaborative team member.

Mandatory Requirements

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

- Current Food Handlers Certificate.

- Chemform Training Certificate.
