Cell Engineering is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional Manager to lead our South East Queensland operation and play a key role in the continued growth and success of our business.

Reporting to the General Manager, this is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the operational, commercial and financial performance of the region. You will lead a high-performing engineering team, support the successful delivery of projects, build strong client relationships and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership, mentoring and support to the regional engineering team.
- Oversee the successful delivery and commercial performance of projects across the region.
- Monitor project profitability, utilisation, forecasting and operational performance.
- Ensure resources are effectively planned to maintain productivity and meet client commitments.
- Identify commercial risks early and proactively manage project governance and key stakeholder communications.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Support the preparation of major proposals, contract reviews and regional business initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and technical excellence.

About You

You are commercially astute, confident leading teams and capable of making informed decisions that deliver successful outcomes for both clients and the business.

Ideally you will have:

- Demonstrated experience leading an engineering consultancy, business unit or regional operation.




- Strong commercial and financial management skills with responsibility for project performance and profitability.
- Proven experience managing significant engineering project portfolios and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Experience managing resources, forecasting workloads and maintaining team productivity.
- An engineering qualification is preferred, particularly Electrical Engineering; however, applicants with significant leadership and business management experience within engineering or project delivery environments are encouraged to apply.
