The Coffee Club Ballarat Central is on the lookout for an experienced Barista to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and believe great coffee is at the heart of every café experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Who are we looking for?
A Star Barista – Showcasing skilled Barista skills with minimum 2 years’ experience working in fast paced environment, expertise in various types of coffee, understanding of different flavour profiles, and the ability to do excellent Latte Art;
A People Person – you find it easy to genuinely connect with both your customers and your team;
Confident – in your hospitality skills and operational knowledge
