Join Our Team at Simon’s Cafe –Head Barista (Full-Time) Location: Windsor, NSW Pay Rate: $27.00 – $45.00 per hour Hours: Full-Time – 38 hours/week

Simon’s Cafe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista / All-Rounder to join our busy café in Windsor. If you're passionate about coffee, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and can thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:

- Full-time position (38 hours per week)
- Must be available for a rotating roster (7 days, 7 am – 4pm)
- At least 4 year of relevant café or barista experience required

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a barista and café all-rounder
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual,



and team-oriented
- Leadership skills are highly regarded
- Able to handle pressure during busy times
- Must be available to work weekends
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
