Seeking an experienced Application Support Senior Analyst to join our Digital Assets team, supporting mission-critical blockchain and cryptocurrency platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a senior member of the Application Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise Digital Asset platforms

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing Level 2 production support for business-critical Digital Asset and Blockchain applications.
- Ensuring the stability, reliability, and operational excellence of Digital Asset and Cold Storage platforms.
- Acting as the senior technical escalation point for complex production incidents.
- Driving continuous service improvement through automation, monitoring, and operational best practices.
- Managing incident, problem, and change processes in line with ITIL standards.
- Working closely with Development, Infrastructure, DevOps, Business, and Vendor teams to resolve production issues.
- Participating in application deployments, release management, testing, and production readiness activities.
- Performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes to improve platform stability.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation,



operational procedures, and support runbooks.
- Monitoring platform health, identifying risks proactively, and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Experience

- 5–8+ years' experience in Application Production Support within Financial Markets.
- Strong understanding of UNIX/Linux and SQL.
- Experience with enterprise scheduling and monitoring tools including ITRS Geneos and AutoSys.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Java troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Digital Assets & Blockchain Experience

You'll ideally bring experience across:

- Blockchain technology fundamentals.
- Cryptocurrency ecosystems and Digital Asset platforms.
- Crypto wallet management (Hot, Cold, Hardware Wallets).
- Private Key and Seed Phrase security principles.
- Tokenomics and Digital Asset lifecycle management.
- AML/KYC regulatory requirements within Digital Assets.

Skillset:

UNIX, SQL, ITRS, Autosys, ITIL, Java, Financial Market Background.

Blockchain & Crypto Expertise:



Deep understanding of Blockchain Technology Fundamentals, Cryptocurrency Wallet Management (hot/cold wallets, hardware wallets), and Private Key/Seed Phrase security protocols.

Digital Asset & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Digital Asset Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and the evolving regulatory landscape (AML/KYC requirements).

An understanding of e-trading technology, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, and risk management in a similar environment would be highly advantageous.
