Alliance Group are currently seeking Labourers/Trades Assistants to join our team in the Mining and Construction industries in the Hunter Valley/Newcastle Area. The ideal candidates will have a solid work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general labour tasks such as carrying materials and using hand tools
- Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment and machinery
- Operate machinery under the supervision of a skilled operator
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain a clean and organised work site
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites




- Construction or mining industry experience is preferred but not required
- White Card

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
