Camp Chefs – Mobile Mining Camps - Surat Basin Region

$40+ per hour / 12-hour days / 1-3 week swings / FIFO/BIBO Brisbane or DIDO Toowoomba

We are looking for experienced Camp Chefs/Camp Cook-Managers who take pride in delivering quality meals that make a real difference to life on site. ‍ What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing fresh, nutritious meals for large crews while catering for dietary requirements




- Managing kitchen operations including stock control, food safety and cleanliness
- Baking and preparing quality desserts and baked goods
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene and compliance
- Contributing to a positive team culture in a fast-paced remote environment

- What We’re Looking For

- Previous remote camp or mining camp Chef experience (essential)
- Trade-qualified Chef with solid bulk catering experience
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one immediately)
- Current 4WD/Operate Vehicles in the Field ticket (high desirable)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to commit to remote swings of 1-3 weeks
