At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), we are committed to Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone, and we are seeking an experienced Manager, Administrative Services to lead and support administrative operations at Woy Woy Hospital.
About the Opportunity
As the Manager, Administrative Services – Woy Woy, you will lead the delivery of high-quality administrative support services across Woy Woy Hospital's inpatient units. You will oversee a diverse team of administrative professionals, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, customer service excellence, and staff development.
Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you will play a critical role in supporting patient flow, site operations, workforce management, and service delivery across the facility.
In this role you will:
- Lead and develop administrative teams to deliver efficient, high-quality support services across Woy Woy Hospital.
- Drive service improvement initiatives, ensuring effective administrative processes, policies, and workflows.
- Provide operational support to clinical and management teams to facilitate patient flow and service delivery.
- Manage workforce, performance, recruitment, training, and staff development activities.
- Promote a safe, customer-focused workplace through effective stakeholder engagement, risk management, and quality improvement.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated experience leading administrative services and managing teams within a complex healthcare or large organisational environment.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Experience implementing operational improvements, policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
- A commitment to customer service excellence, workplace safety, and fostering a positive team culture.
