We are currently seeking a Disability Support Worker who lives in and around the Inala area to support five participants to live independently within their shared living home.

While your skills/qualifications and experience tell us part of your story, your values, attitude and cultural alignment with Southern Cross are essential.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Personal care
- Continence management
- Medication administration
- Assistance with Allied health tasks
- Manual handling
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Willing to drive modified vehicle - Essential
- Documentation and reporting

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

What you need:

- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
- Current references
- Mobile phone

- Current driver's licence and your own car with insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- Working With Children Check – Paid (mandatory)

Weekly Wednesday 7:30am -3:00pm

Weekly Thursday 7.00am-3.30pm

Fortnightly Saturday 4.00pm-9.00pm
