A leading Australian manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join its maintenance team at a busy North Brisbane production facility.
This is a hands-on role focused on keeping automated manufacturing equipment operating safely and efficiently. You'll be responsible for preventative maintenance, breakdown response, fault finding and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

The Role
- Carry out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across the manufacturing plant
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults on production equipment
- Fault find on PLC-controlled machinery (basic fault finding)
- Maintain motors, VSDs, control panels, sensors and instrumentation
- Support equipment upgrades,
installations and continuous improvement projects
- Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures
About You
- Current Electrical Licence
- Experience as a Maintenance Electrician within a manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLC fault finding, VSDs, motors and industrial control systems
- Ability to prioritise breakdowns while completing preventative maintenance
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on safety and reliability
