About the Role
You will be supporting a valued client with a focus on:
- Personal care, including grooming and presentation
- Community access and social engagement
- Providing genuine companionship and building connection
- Light household duties (cleaning, laundry, maintaining a tidy environment)
We love delivering care to a high standard—ensuring our clients feel comfortable, confident, and well supported in their homes and community.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) – essential
- Experience in aged care, disability, or community support
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to support individuals with mental health challenges
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance (essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia
- A smartphone and confidence using apps
- Recent, contactable referees
