Join the growing team at Garnet Medical as a Compression Therapy Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of clients requiring medical compression therapy. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Drummoyne, NSW.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide expert advice and fittings for medical compression stockings and garments
- Educate clients on compression therapy and correct product use
- Manage the end‑to‑end compression garment sales and ordering process
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers
- Assist with inventory management to ensure appropriate stock levels
- Support general administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly
What we’re looking for
- 1–2+ years’ experience in a customer‑facing medical sales or consultative role
- Robust understanding of compression therapy and its clinical applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate and support clients
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to respond to enquiries with speed and accuracy
- Qualifications in healthcare, nursing,
or a related field are highly regarded but not essential
