About the Role

As a Trainee Educator, you'll learn how to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through meaningful, play-based experiences. You'll work alongside experienced educators, build strong relationships with children and families, and develop the skills and confidence to become a successful early childhood professional.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday .

Key Responsibilities

Work towards completing your Early Childhood qualification

Support educators in delivering engaging play-based learning experiences

Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team

Assist with daily routines and learning environments

Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment

Participate in training, learning opportunities, and team collaboration

Keep up to date with course requirements and assessment deadlines
