About the role:

- Operate and monitor processing plant areas including crushing, grinding, repulping circuit, carbon-in-pulp (CIP) leaching tanks
- Perform plant startups, shutdowns and changeovers according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor plant equipment performance & fault finding, identifying wear, blockages or abnormalities

About you:

- Previous experience as an Operator with processing and monitoring exposure preferred but not required.
- Must be fit to perform physical work and be comfortable to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Strong technical ability,



problem-solving skills, & attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be comfortable working in a hazardous workplace. Wearing task appropriate PPE, clean shave policy applies
